Return & Refund Policy

At Scrub Fresh, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

Our guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — and in most cases you won't need to ship anything back.

Change-of-mind returns
If you simply changed your mind, you may return an eligible item within 30 days. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping charge (if any) is non-refundable. Please contact us first to start a return — we'll provide the correct return address, as our items ship from multiple fulfillment centers.

Items we can't accept

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are used, washed, or missing original packaging (unless faulty)
  • For hygiene reasons, certain used personal-care items
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear. We'll email you when your refund is on the way.

Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it for a full refund if it hasn't yet shipped. After that, standard return terms apply.
