Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please note that some of our products ship from overseas fulfillment centers, which is reflected in the delivery estimates below.
Shipping rates & delivery times
United States
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 — estimated delivery 10–20 business days
- FREE on orders over $45 — estimated delivery 10–20 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand
- International Shipping: $9.99 — estimated delivery 14–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been processed and shipped. They are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It may take a few days for tracking to begin updating after the label is created.
Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by your local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address & undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping or a refund.
